The UK product consultancy market is broken in two directions. The big firms send 50-page decks and disappear. Freelancers solve a small problem and move on. Founders, in-house teams and small businesses with a real product problem are stuck in the middle. I started Reignite for that middle ground: senior, hands-on, embedded for as long as it takes, no longer.

Reignite™ helps teams get unstuck. We work with founders, in-house teams and small businesses across the UK on the problems that actually move a business: stuck roadmaps, stalled launches, unclear priorities, and teams that have lost momentum. We're deliberately small, deliberately senior, and deliberately hands-on. No layers of account management. No padded hours. No jargon. We sell three products that cover the arc from stuck to moving. When an engagement ends, we aim to leave the business stronger than when we arrived. That's the bar.

    Victoria runs marketing and social media at Reignite. She makes sure we show up consistently outside the website too: on LinkedIn, in the weekly /notes posts, and anywhere else the brand needs to appear. The voice on the website is the voice everywhere else, and that's her job.

How we work.

  1. You speak to the person doing the work.

    No layers of account management. No junior associate who got briefed yesterday. The senior brain in the kick-off is the senior brain in week 12. If something needs deciding, the decision-maker's one message away.

  2. We end on purpose.

    Most consultancies are built to keep you on retainer forever. We're not. Every engagement has a finish line, agreed up front. Our job's to leave you stronger than we found you, and walk.

  3. We push back.

    If you ask for something we think is wrong, we'll tell you. Politely. Without ego. But we say it. That's what senior's for. Yes-people are cheaper, and you can hire one anywhere.

  4. Plain English. Every deliverable, every meeting.

    No 50-page decks. No jargon dressing-up. If a busy non-technical reader can't read your roadmap on a Friday afternoon, the roadmap isn't done.
