Who we are

Small team.
Big standards.

Reignite is deliberately lean. No layers, no theatre, no “consulting voices”. Just senior people doing the work, staying close to outcomes, and shipping what matters.

The short version

We don’t do corporate mugshots.
We don’t count years like badges.
We don’t wear the uniform.

We’re a modern team for modern work. Sharp thinking, straight talk, delivery without the drama. No nonsense, no gloss.

How we show up

“No suits. No fluff. No pretending.”

We’re not here to look impressive. We’re here to fix real problems, for real businesses, with real impact. If that’s your thing, you’ll get on well with us.

The people doing the work

Senior, hands-on, and close to the real problem. No passengers. No theatre.

Portrait of Alex Hunter

Alex Hunter

Founder & Product Lead

Alex runs Reignite and has a mild obsession with turning messy problems into clean outcomes.

Fun fact

Alex once decided he could put up a shelf without measuring anything because “I’ve got the eye for it”. The shelf went up so wonky it looked like modern art. He left it there for three months out of pride.

Portrait of Victoria Howarth

Victoria Howarth

Marketing & Communications

Victoria runs all things marketing, comms, and tone. If it’s seen by humans, she’s made it sharper.

Fun fact

Victoria can’t watch wildlife documentaries without emotionally adopting the animal in danger. She once cried over a slow-motion duck. She denies this. Witnesses exist.

Portrait of Sam Rourke

Sam Rourke

Product & Delivery Partner

Sam is the calm head who turns chaos into a plan and keeps delivery honest.

Fun fact

Sam once ate an entire bag of Tangfastics during one episode of Grand Designs, had a sugar crash so dramatic he fell asleep upright, and now refuses to make “gummy-based decisions”.

Portrait of Ella Myles

Ella Myles

UX & Content Lead

Ella makes complicated things feel dead simple, and makes sure the words hit as hard as the design.

Fun fact

Ella collects terrible pub chalkboard signs. Her proudest find is a hand-drawn unicorn advertising “2-for-1 lasagne” in Otley. It’s framed. Guests pretend not to notice.

What we value

Honesty

No jargon. No smoke. The straight version only.

Momentum

Progress you can see beats busywork you can’t.

Clarity

We strip away the noise and fix the real thing.
